Full-time opportunities for candidates with Administrative Assistant work experience. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent MS office Suite skills including Outlook for calendar management.

About the Job - Duties may include:

  • Answer phones
  • Distribute calls to recipients appropriately
  • Data Entry
  • Maintain digital contact and document database
  • Take messages as needed
  • Write correspondence as requested
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, activities and other
  • Resolve meeting schedule conflicts
  • Manage calendar, including appointments and meetings
  • Update department calendar, ie out-of-office
  • Coordinate business travel
  • Generate invoices and prepare expense reports
  • Process invoices and business expenses
  • Draft, proofread and edit internal and external documents
  • Draft and edit professional correspondence, ie letters, emails, memos and other
  • Provide research and writing support
  • Provide operational support
  • Complete ad hoc projects as requested
  • Create and edit existing PowerPoint presentations
  • Provide contract/legal information, as requested, from digital database
  • Maintain paper files and binders
  • Provide cross-departmental support
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Staff and coordinate special programs

About the Candidate:

  • BA Degree (PLUS)
  • 1+ years’ experience as an administrative assistant (MUST)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Database management experience (PLUS)
  • Personality and skills: strong interpersonal skills, self-starter, motivated and enthusiastic,
  • organization, problem solving, multitasker, attention to detail, analytical, effective without supervision, strong verbal and written communication skills, confidentiality
