Our client, a boutique talent agency in Beverly Hills, is looking for an Agent's Assistant!

This temporary position pays $17/hour and has the potential to become a Full-Time position for the right candidate!

About the Job:

  • Cover telephones as needed
  • Distribute calls
  • Scheduling
  • Data entry
  • Perform assistant duties to talent agent
  • Scout talent
  • Review resumes, portfolios, reels
  • Book interviews with prospective creatives
  • Assist in discovering new actors, musicians, models
  • Assist with model selection for entertainment and commercial roles
  • Assist with discovering new talent for television, movies and print
  • Gather resumes with photographs from aspiring talent
  • Manage open call events
  • Schedule screen tests
  • Written correspondence
  • Coordinate auditions
  • Assist with casting
  • Review portfolios
  • Manage a contact and booking database
  • Submit headshots for review by casting agents

About the Candidate:

  • Provide a resume (MUST)
  • BA degree (MUST)
  • 1+ years’ experience in administrative assistant (MUST)
  • 1+ years’ experience in entertainment or talent industry (PLUS)
  • Video editing/Digital graphic skills (PLUS)
  • Intermediate computer skills with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook) (MUST)
  • Personality and skills: strong interpersonal skills, self-starter, motivated and enthusiastic, able to meet deadlines, strong verbal and written communication, able to prioritize multiple projects and multitask, high attention to detail, excellent organizational skills
