We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Call Center Supervisor for a great Temp to Hire opportunity in the Long Beach area for our client, a reputable Vitamin company. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively managing customer issues, complaints and inquiries keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Should be flexible to work 8 hour shifts, between 6:00am to 7:00pm. Monday through Friday. Flexible to work occasional weekend days if needed. Salary pays up to $20.00 an hour DOE. 

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Monitor call center staff
  • Assist with training
  • Assist with escalated calls
  • Monitor activities of representatives to ensure customer service skills and efficiency 
  • Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to and call standards are met
  • Review progress of calls; monitor feedback 
  • Assist with customer complaints 
  • Monitor work schedule
  • Coaching and call support
  • Data entry

Candidate Criteria

  • Bilingual - English / Spanish
  • Experience working in call centers
  • Experiencing supervising call centers
  • Minimum typing speed: 45 WPM
  • Clear communication skills
  • Computer Skills: Excel, Word
  • Able to manipulate data
  • Good analytical skills
