Various opportunities in Customer Service available for qualified candidate that possess inbound call experience working in a call center, must have fast accurate typing or data entry skills.

About the Job - Duties may include:

  • Answer phones
  • Take customer service calls
  • Refer to manual binder for answers to common questions
  • Follow call policies and manual
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Answer questions and resolve problems
  • Provide “World Class” customer service
  • Maintain call logs
  • Respond to calls, emails, and live chats from customers
  • Graciously resolve customer concerns
  • Prioritize consumer issues and identify when immediate attention is required
  • Assist customers with inquiries on products, orders, offers and a variety of other topics
  • Assist in increasing sales by providing the highest quality customer service
  • Use software comparable to Magento and ZenDesk to manage customer service inquiries

About the Candidate:

  • Please apply with your resume
  • 1+ years’ experience customer service (MUST)
  • Experience with Magento and/or Zen desk (PLUS)
  • Able to type 45+ wpm (PLUS)
  • Able to start immediately (PLUS)
  • Flexible schedule / open availability (PLUS)
  • Intermediate computer skills (MUST)
  • Intermediate MS Excel, Word, Outlook (MUST)
  • Personality and skills: aptitude for data entry, proofreading and editing skills, grammar, typing, motivated and enthusiastic, detail oriented, strong verbal and written communication, follow instructions well, time management, dependable, smart
