LA Fashion House is looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to receive inbound calls from clients and customers!

This is a seasonal temp position paying $15/hour for the right candidate! Bilingual with Spanish is a plus!

About the Job:

  • Answer busy phones
  • Take customer service calls
  • Refer to manual binder for answers to common questions
  • Follow call policies and manual
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Answer questions and resolve problems
  • Provide “World Class” customer service
  • Maintain call logs
  • Respond to calls, emails, and live chats from customers
  • Graciously resolve customer concerns
  • Prioritize consumer issues and identify when immediate attention is required
  • Assist customers with inquiries on products, orders, offers and a variety of other topics
  • Assist in increasing sales by providing the highest quality customer service

About the Candidate:

  • 1+ years’ experience in customer service (MUST)
  • Open availability including the holiday season (MUST)
  • Call center experience (PLUS)
  • Bilingual with Spanish (PLUS)
  • Minimum typing speed 40 WPM with accuracy (MUST)
  • Intermediate computer skills (MUST)
  • Personality and skills: motivated and enthusiastic, detail oriented, strong verbal and written communication, follow instructions well, time management
