Los Angeles creative advertising agency is seeking an accomplished Executive Assistant to report to the CEO. This is a temp-to hire paying up to $65,000 for the right candidate!

About the Job:

  • Answer telephone and distribute calls as needed
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Arrange business travel, arrange transportation, book flights and hotel rooms
  • Prepare and manage invoice and expense reporting for CEO
  • Assist with special assignments and projects
  • Draft and edit correspondence
  • Manage relationships and communications with clients and external contacts
  • Analyze data to identify and recommend prospective clients
  • Prepare informational material for meetings in coordination with others
  • Manage database
  • Compile annual reports
  • Staff and coordinate special programs
  • Plan special events and trips
  • Schedule, book and negotiate contracts with third party vendors, venues, facilities and short term staff
  • Schedule and book clients, Board of Trustees and staff for Board meetings

About the Candidates:

  • Please provide your resume (MUST)
  • BA degree or equivalent experience (MUST)
  • 3+ years’ experience in an executive office (PLUS)
  • Advanced computer skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases (MUST)
  • Personality and skills: strong interpersonal skills, self-starter, motivated and enthusiastic, able to meet deadlines, strong verbal and written communication, able to prioritize multiple projects and multitask, high attention to detail, excellent organizational skills
