Well-known Los Angeles based Public Relations firm needs an IT Office Coordinator that can troubleshoot internal technical issues and assist in the day-to-day operations of the office. This is a temp-to-hire position offering up to 32,000k for the right candidate!

About the Position:

  • Provide IT support
  • Solve tech problems presented by employees
  • Solve computer issues for internal employees
  • Answer phone calls and help the reception area
  • Sort mail
  • Distribute mail
  • Coordinate Fed-Ex deliveries
  • Retrieve magazine deliveries
  • Order snacks and beverages
  • Track food and snack inventory
  • Prepare conference room for meetings and events
  • Track technical equipment use
  • Set up workstations
  • Give office tours during new employee on-boarding

About the Candidate:

  • BA degree (PLUS)
  • 1+ years’ experience in help desk and IT (MUST)
  • Advanced computer skills (MUST)
