Renowned non-profit organization in San Francisco seeks an experienced, professional Office Coordinator to provide administrative and day-to-day operations for their advocacy department.

This is a temporary position starting right away and paying $25/hour for the right candidate!

About the Job:

  • Manage the general operations of the office
  • Plan and maintain schedule for office events and meetings
  • Manage office space and subsequent moves
  • Improve and implement office procedures
  • Implement organization policies
  • Oversee office services
  • Review and select vendor services
  • Manage on boarding for office staff, interns and volunteers
  • Assist with the development of training materials
  • Maintain training calendars
  • Coordinate staff changes with HR and Finance teams
  • Plan and schedule meetings
  • Resolve meeting schedule conflicts
  • Manage calendar, including appointments and meetings
  • Process invoices and business expenses
  • Track income and spending
  • Manage communication policies and improve practices
  • Complete ad hoc projects as requested

About the Candidates:

  • BA degree (MUST)
  • 3+ years’ experience managing busy offices with HR responsibilities
  • 2+ years’ experience administrative position
  • Advanced computer skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (MUST)
  • Personality and skills: strong leadership skills, interpersonal communication skills, self-starter, motivated and enthusiastic, able to meet deadlines, detail oriented, can do attitude, strong verbal and written communication, able to prioritize multiple projects and multitask, follow instructions well, time management, high attention to detail, excellent organizational skills
