Los Angeles based Public Relations firm specializing in hospitality and tourism needs a Sr. Office Manager that has experience at medium sized firms with at least 25 employees. This is a temp-to-hire position, a great opportunity to join this thriving and fast paced industry!

About the Job:

  • Manage the reception area
  • Coordinate administrative activities
  • Assist with scheduling of events and meetings
  • Conference room preparation for meetings
  • Supervise the maintenance of office space and equipment
  • Negotiate purchases in compliance with budgetary restrictions
  • Supervise day-to-day operations (distributing keys, grounds maintenance, schedules, new hires)
  • Facilitate new hire orientation, schedule temporary support and hire interns

About the Candidates:

  • BA Degree (MUST)
  • 2+ years’ experience managing an office
  • Advanced computing skills
  • 2+ years’ experience supporting multi-industry, B2B businesses
