Receptionist & Accounting Clerk

We seek sharp Receptionist & Accounting Clerk for a position with a promotional merchandise company in the Los Angeles area. This is a hybrid role that requires an individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment and is self-motivated.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years’ experience as a Receptionist & Accounting Clerk and has great organization skills.

About the Role:
- Front desk managements
- Receive and sort mailboxes
- Receive packages
- Assist with billing
- File invoices
- Search for vendor invoices as needed
- Account reconciliation
- Special projects as assigned

About the Candidate:
- 2+ years’ experience as a Receptionist & Accounting Clerk (MUST)
- QuickBooks experience (MUST)
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience (MUST)
- Self-starter attitude (MUST)
- Customer focused (MUST)
- Strong organizational skills (MUST)
