Job Description

As a sharp and personable Receptionist working with a dynamic team in the North Hollywood area, you would provide administrative support for various team members in addition to managing the visitor and call distribution.

What your day to day might look like:

  • Answer multi-line phones and distribute incoming calls
  • Greet clients and visitors
  • Coordinate executive communications
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements for domestic and international trips
  • Draft professional correspondence and emails
  • Maintain filing systems, contacts and distribution lists
  • Maintain an organized, paper and electronic, filing system
  • Sort and distribute mail, scan and fax
  • Organize messenger service, deliveries, mailings
  • Administrative duties and Provide backup to other administrative support staff
  • Maintain appearance and cleanliness of common areas and conference rooms
  • Prepare common areas and conference rooms for events
  • Stock and maintain office and kitchen supplies
  • Act with discretion when handling confidential information
  • Special projects, as assigned

Job Requirements

We’re looking for you if you have/are:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Light clerical experience
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently solve issues
  • Easy going, courteous, professional with a business-like demeanor and presentation
  • Friendly, honest, team player with a positive “can-do” attitude
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Essentials we must have:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ years of experience as a receptionist
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills to adhere to deadlines
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
