Job Description
DUTIES:
- Answering high volume calls (100-150/day)
- Scheduling appointments
- Cancelling appointments
- Verify patient insurances
- Transferring phone calls
- Take detailed messages
- Excellent customer service
- Must work well in fast-pace environment
Job Requirements
REQUIRED:
- HS diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience is a fast-pace Medical environment
- Call Center in Medical setting PREFERRED
- Bilingual is a PLUS
DETAILS:
- Location: Commerce, CA
- Hourly Pay: $18.00-20.00/hour
- IMMEDIATE opening
