Job Description
We have an immediate need for bilingual (Vietnamese/English and Mandarin/English) interviewers! This position can be remote IF employee has necessary equipment at home (computer, internet, ethernet cord, etc.). They have flexible scheduling, and the work is done on a project basis so it can be an additional source of income for those looking for a second position.
Responsibilities include:
- Outbound calling to conduct surveys on products or services.
- A script will be provided which cannot be deferred from and should be read verbatim.
- Questions will be asked in one of the listed languages and all responses are inputted into database in English
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Must be fully bilingual (able to read and write) in Vietnamese
- Must be able to type 25 wpm
