About the Opportunity:

  • Implement marketing initiatives
  • Maintain the marketing and content calendar
  • Coordinate marketing meetings, notes and follow up
  • Manage relationships with outside vendors (data, direct mail, media, TV/radio)
  • Track and reconcile invoices and payments
  • Monitor marketing budget
  • Perform multi-channel campaign testing and implementation
  • Generate performance reports and insights
  • Monitor marketing channels and department SOPs
  • Prepare monthly competitive analysis on competitors and trends
  • Obtain cost estimates and proposals
  • Regularly assess, measure and analyze weekly SEO metrics
  • Implement direct mail campaigns
  • Schedule broadcast media and monitor airings
  • Develop TV and radio scripts (English & Spanish)
  • Monitor online campaigns (PPC and paid social), social media and reviews
  • Create online/social media content in English and Spanish (copy, infographics, blogs and videos)
  • Manage the marketing asset library (incl graphics, testimonials, statistics)
  • Proofread, fact check and review for legal standards compliance
  • Coordinate promotional events
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) to design marketing materials
  • Monitor and post to social media profiles
  • Special projects, as requested

About the Candidate:

  • BA degree in marketing or business (MUST)
  • Bilingual Spanish – both writing and speaking (MUST)
  • 2+ years’ experience in direct marketing (MUST)
  • 1+ years’ experience with social media management for business (MUST)
  • 1+ years’ experience with creative writing, graphic design and CRM software (PLUS)
  • 1+ years’ experience with Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator), Google Analytics, Google Ads (MUST)
  • Advanced computer skills with MS Office, specifically Excel (MUST)
