We are seeking a motivated and experienced Brand Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives to enhance our brand positioning and drive business growth. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and increase market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns that align with brand positioning and business objectives.
- Leverage Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) to design captivating visual content, including graphics, videos, and animations, to enhance marketing collateral, presentations, and digital assets.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to optimize SEO and SEM campaigns and improve organic search rankings.
- Utilize HubSpot to nurture leads, manage email marketing campaigns, and track customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Plan and coordinate successful events, including trade shows, conferences, and product launches, to foster brand loyalty.
- Oversee website design and development, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for lead generation.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new marketing opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide regular marketing analytics and performance reports.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, digital a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to create visually appealing marketing collateral.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SEO and SEM best practices, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms for lead nurturing, email campaigns, and customer relationship management.
- Solid knowledge of branding principles and the ability to create and maintain brand guidelines.
- Exceptional project management skills and ability to multitask various projects simultaneously.
- Capable of handling website design and development projects, with proficiency in HTML/CSS and CMS platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Preferable location is within the Pittsburgh, PA or Wheeling, WV Metro area.

Schedule:
- Hybrid
- Monday to Friday
- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday work on-site.
- Wednesday and Friday work from home after specified training period subject to training progress.
- You will work in Wheeling, WV or Canonsburg, PA offices.
