Job Description
IMMEDIATE Call Center Representative needed immediately for a busy Optometry office in Montebello, CA!
DUTIES:
• Answer high volume phones calls
• Schedule patient appointments
• Schedule surgeries
• Answer questions or escalate the request
• Use EMR software
• Maintain organized paper and electronic files
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with sensitive information
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Insurance Verifications
• Authorizations

DETAILS:
Location: Montebello, CA
Hours: M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Salary: $37,440 - $39,000 (Depending on Experience)
