Customer Service/EDI Coordinator

Job Description
We have an immediate need for a reliable Customer Service/EDI Coordinator for a supplement manufacturing company in Playa Vista. Ideal candidates will have experience working with e-commerce, processing online orders, providing customer service support etc.
About the role:
- Processing online orders
- Prepare & process shipping documents – sales orders, packing lists, BOL, shipping labels, customs documents
- Coordinate with warehouse, transportation companies, and 3PL providers to ensure prompt shipments
- Processing EDI inbound/outbound for various accounts
- Prepare and process EDI documents
- Provide scheduling support by booking appointments
- Work in customer portals retrieving orders, verifying quantities, pricing and terms, ASN and creating invoices
- Process credit memo to clear customers’ chargebacks
- Cooperate with other departments
- Work with trading partners to resolve issues with EDI, orders, charge-backs, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
About the candidate:
- 2+ years’ experience with order entry or data entry experience (MUST)
- Experience with e-commerce (PLUS)
- Experience with MS Office (MUST)
- Positive attitude (MUST)
- Reliability (MUST)
- AA Degree (MUST)/Bachelor’s Degree (PLUS)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Apps: Word, Excel (MUST)
- Desired personality traits and skills: Detail oriented to accurately input inventory into system, pay attention to detail, organization, work in a fast-paced environment and reliability.
