Director of Hospice Operations Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established Home Health and Hospice organization. They have a current opening for a Director of Hospice Operations for their Hospice location in the Elk Grove CA area. A Registered Nurse is required. Medicare Hospice management experience is a must. This person will lead an interdisciplinary clinical team, manage the budget, and oversee branch operations. - Excellent understanding of state/federal hospice regulations.
- Clinical, operations, and financial oversite experience.
Director of Hospice Operations Job Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day clinical & branch operations.
- Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.
- Educate the community on hospice services to help grow census.
