Job Description
We have an immediate need for a reliable Facilities Clerk for an ongoing position working with a non-profit organization that provides basic essentials to kids in the Los Angeles area. This is a wonderful company to work for and directly assists the community!
About the role:
- Provide support for Facilities Manager
- Track all work orders
- Assist with ADP timecard management for facilities employees and report tardiness, failure to clock in/out, absences, etc.
- Provide customer service through email, phone & fax
- Provide purchasing support by producing purchase orders, communicating with vendors and reconciling invoices
- Assist with preparing reports, filing and typing documents
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
About the candidate:
- Experience with Yardi (MUST)
- Experience with MS Office (MUST)
- 2+ years administrative or customer service experience (MUST)
- Positive attitude (MUST)
- Reliability (MUST)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Apps: Word, Excel (MUST)
- Desired personality traits and skills: Detail oriented to accurately input inventory into system, pay attention to detail, organization, work in a fast-paced environment and reliability.
