Full-cycle IT Recruiter

We are an employee owned (ESOP) Recruitment and Staffing firm with 20 offices in 10 states. We are looking to expand our footprint and have recently opened an office in Tennessee, specifically around the Nashville area.

Responsibilities

Generate a client base focused on uncovering Tech job orders/opportunities. Recruit professionals by incorporating a variety of methods,  Making the right match between client need and candidate skillset is the primary goal resulting in revenue generation in the form of a placement fee.

 Qualifications

Exceptional interpersonal communication and telephone skills. High attention to detail with an ability to manage fluctuating workloads. Ability to learn quickly, work effectively and provide outstanding customer service to a wide range of personalities. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Must have the ability to solve problems and be a leader in the absence of management.
