Job Description
Company: The management firm is third generation, privately held, managing everything in-house offering a familial environment. Due to the volume of their assets, there is an opportunity for growth for individuals demonstrating commitment and value within the organization. The management firm puts on employee events throughout the year including competitions for holiday decorations, beach parties, renting out Dave & Busters for an entire day inviting employees and their families to eat and play for free in addition to leasing a yacht in the marina to celebrate Christmas and New Year.
Job Requirements
Position: This is a full-time, direct-hire position. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for working 40 hours per week at a community in Canoga Park along with assisting at a nearby property (160 total units). Depending on experience, it offers up to $18-$20/hour plus leasing bonus, along with a full benefits package. Valid California driver’s license is required.
