Job Description
IMMEDIATE Experienced Medical Phone Operator Needed for Concierge Medical Group in Newport Beach, CA!
The Medical Phone Operator’s primary goal will be to answer phone call and schedule patient appointments.

DUTIES:
• Answering high volume calls (150-200/day)
• Scheduling appointments
• Cancelling appointments
• Verify patient insurances
• Transferring phone calls
• Take detailed messages
• Excellent customer service
• Must work well in fast-pace environment
Job Requirements
REQUIRED:
- HS diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience is a fast-pace Medical environment
- Call Center in Medical setting PREFERRED
- Bilingual is a PLUS
