We seek a Licensed RN for a leadership opportunity as an RN Supervisor at our client’s busy 140-bed long term care healthcare facility in Georgia.

The RN Supervisor assists the Director of Nursing by directing the daily operations of the nursing department. Tasks include ensuring their team members provide the highest level of care to patients and perform procedures accurately. They perform regular evaluations and provide guidance as needed. In addition to nursing duties they directly perform, they also address complaints received from patients or family members and make changes that improve the overall performance of the facility.

The ideal candidate is passionate about providing quality senior care to every resident and leading by example. They are effective communicators and experienced at building top notch multidisciplinary teams incorporating both skilled nursing professionals and non-medical support. Their excellent conflict resolution skills allow them to foster a positive team culture. They are an actively licensed RN with 3+ years of nursing management experience at senior care facilities.

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (MUST)
  • Georgia RN license (MUST)
  • CPR certification (MUST)
  • 4+ years’ of nursing experience (MUST)
  • 2+ years’ experience in Long Term Care (MUST)
  • 2+ years’ experience as a nursing supervisor position (MUST)
  • Intermediate+ computer/software skills and comprehension (MUST)
