Travel Coordinator & Administrative Support

Our client is a prestigious family foundation that works to improve the lives of disadvantaged people worldwide. We seek a Travel Coordinator & Administrative Assistant for a temporary (possible Temp to Hire) in their beautiful San Fernando Valley offices.
The Travel Coordinator/Administrative Assistant oversees travel, makes reservations and itineraries, provides administrative support and assists with special projects.
This contract position will begin immediately.

About The Candidate:
- 2+ years’ experience in travel planning for business (MUST)
- 2+ years’ experience working with Nexonia, Intacct, and Concur Solutions (PLUS)
- 2+ years’ experience working with contracts (PLUS)
- Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel and Powerpoint (MUST)
- Personality, Characteristics and Skills: advanced written and oral communication, able to multi-task, able to work independently, organized, detail oriented, positive attitude, customer service oriented, friendly, leadership, ability to write clearly and concisely, excellent grammar, ability to anticipate needs and problems, analyze and prioritize issues, conflict resolution
